Hi, I'm Fabio Santos

I know how frustrating it is when your body doesn’t move the way you want. With 28 years of experience in Capoeira, acrobatics, and martial arts, I’ve helped thousands master movements like the macaco, handstands, and Capoeira while improving their movement flow and fitness.

But I also know the setbacks—after years of extreme sports and overtraining, I faced serious back and knee injuries that forced me to rebuild from the ground up. That journey led me to develop MYF (Master Your Flow), a proven step-by-step method to help others progress faster, avoid injuries, and move with confidence.

What's the workshop about?

Macaco in Motion (M.I.M)

MIM breaks the macaco into simple steps, focusing on what you need most—flexibility, strength, or technique. With a tailored roadmap, you’ll build the skills to nail the macaco once and for all.

B.O.M (Base of the Movement)

B.O.M focuses on the essential building blocks of the macaco: the bridge, upper body strength, and mobility. By mastering these basics first, you’ll create a solid foundation to progress with confidence and control.

F.O.M (Flow of the Movement)

F.O.M helps you connect the pieces of the macaco through focused coordination and movement drills. This step ensures your transitions are smooth and controlled, setting you up for a seamless execution.
